I approached this bike-messenger girl with all these questions ready in my head the other afternoon. How did you get into it? How much does it pay? Is it AWESOME? How far do you bike? Isn't biking awesome? There were more, too. So I got out question one, and the response was a nonplussed "There was an opening, so I applied." This was quickly followed with: "Look, it's a crappy job. It sucks. If you have any education or other opportunities I would highly recommend you do something else." I didn't ask my other questions. dreams=crushed
