So I guess this comic doesn't really work that well. Darn. It's another of my awkward small talk comics (actually, very much in the vein of my very first strip), but my point just doesn't work very well in comic form, which is to say it's not very funny. I guess I was trying to hit home how the unwritten rules of small talk actually prohibit people from being honest. When someone asks "How's it going," it's actually rude to answer anything other than "Good" or some variation.
Anyway, I'll try harder to ensure that future comics, um, work.
