Sorry, Evan, roommate didn't bring his recording equiptment. Shit, I didn't even bring enough money with me to get a t-shirt for you. I realized that when I got there. Poor planning all-around.
Oh, and at the SPX I plan to accost Jeff Rowland with such force that I actually catapult myself into his strip [edit--I didn't]. I assume it's much like what people will do to LB when we all go to conventions next year.

Yeah, so this comic totally happened to me. The word "Surprise" is a pretty important descriptor that requires inclusion when applicable. Please use it.
The Second To Last Q&NOTU show was awesome, and Evan, you should be ashamed you missed it. They played lots of their more obscure songs, but still broke out the main favorites "And The Washington Monument (Blinks Goodnight)," etc. The whole concert ended like it was "The Ice of Boston" up there or something, with the entire front few rows making their way up on stage while the band played. After initial bass problems, there were hints that maybe amps would be broken punk-rock at the end of tomorrow's show, but it seems doubtful. More likely tomorrow's show ends with Chris Richards and the gang standing by the exit door to hug everyone as they leave. ahh... D.C.
Small Press Expo and that rally thing in D.C. with Jello Biafra, Ted Leo, Ian Mackaye tomorrow.
