Seriously. The thrill is gone. I mean, songs like "The Safety Dance" are always kinda funny but not like they were five years ago. Now they're getting really grating and a bit more irritating than funny. So let's make a deal, shall we? Let's move on to crappy 90s music instead. Let's laugh about Spin Doctors or Live or Bush or something.
To be clear, I do not, NOT mean Blues Traveler. That kinda shit hurts my soul. I meant, like, Dookie or something. what else? um... that Savage Garden song. You know, the one? At this point Blink182 is so far removed from being acknowledged as anywhere near talented that they could make it on. Mighty Mighty Bosstones? Shit. There's a CD somewhere I have that has every terrible song from that period that people insist is good. I'll have to ask Mike for the list. I'll post it tomorrow, probably. [update - I didn't]
