Mmm... nice and slightly bleak. That's the summation of getting an office job as far as I'm concerned. Casual Friday as the high point of the week.
When you work as a temp you never know what the office idea of casual is for Casual Friday, or even if there is one. Casual could mean tshirts or it could mean the same as normal but no tie. So inevitably the first Friday at any new position ends up with the temp being the jackass in slacks and a tie because they didn't know any better. This makes the rest of the office slightly self-concious about the fact that they are in ripped jeans and a polo shirt with a stain on it that was just good enough for Casual Friday. So now the temp has thrown the system out of control, casual feels more awkward than ties, and the whole thing is useless. There goes your weekend. Then someone walks up to you and goes: "Wear jeans next friday. Jeans. You got that, you dick?"
Anyway, Day two of the website. Work continues apace. Keller should post sometime this week. Look for further improvements, I guess.
